More about cleaning in Canary WharfA regular clean is the simplest way to keep a London home feeling calm. You choose how often we visit, we send the same vetted cleaner every time, and you never sign a lock-in contract. Pause, skip or cancel whenever life changes.
Every visit ends with an XGen Proof Report: timestamped before-and-after photos of each room, sent to your inbox as a shareable link. You see exactly what was done, even when you were at work.
What's included
- Dusting all reachable surfaces, skirting boards, shelves and picture frames
- Vacuuming and mopping all floors, including under easy-to-move furniture
- Kitchen worktops, splashbacks, hob surface, sink and outside of appliances
- Bathroom: toilet, basin, bath, shower screen, tiles and mirrors descaled and polished
- Emptying bins and replacing liners
- Making beds and changing linen (if fresh linen is left out)
- Tidying and straightening living areas
- Wiping light switches, door handles and other high-touch points
What's not included
- Inside the oven, fridge or windows (book as add-ons or a deep clean)
- Carpet shampooing or upholstery cleaning
- Washing up large amounts of dishes or laundry beyond bed linen
- Anything above safe step-ladder height, or biohazards such as mould remediation
How long it takes
Most visits last 3 to 5 hours. We suggest hours from your bedroom and bathroom count: 1-bed 3h, 2-bed 3.5h, 3-bed 4h, 4-bed 5h. The minimum booking is 3 hours.
Why the same cleaner matters
Consistency is what turns a cleaner into someone you trust with your keys. Your regular cleaner learns where the good mugs live, how you like the bed made and which rooms the cat isn't allowed in. If your cleaner is ever on holiday we'll offer a vetted cover cleaner, and they'll receive the notes from your previous visits so nothing is lost.
No contract, no catch
We don't lock you into minimum terms. You can change your frequency, skip a week or stop entirely with 48 hours' notice. Weekly customers get our lowest hourly rate because a well-maintained home takes less time to keep spotless; you're never paying for the privilege of loyalty.
Pay after the clean
Your card is saved securely when you book, but it's only charged once the visit is complete and your Proof Report has been sent. If something isn't right, tell us within 72 hours and we'll come back to fix it free of charge.
Our guarantee
Every regular home cleaning in Canary Wharf is covered by our 72-hour re-clean guarantee and finishes with an XGen Proof Report: timestamped photos of each room, sent to you as a shareable link. Our cleaners are vetted, trained and fully insured with Rhino Insurance.
