How is the price calculated?
Regular cleans are charged by the hour with a 3-hour minimum. Deep and end of tenancy cleans are a fixed price by bedroom count. You see the exact total before you book.
When am I charged?
Your card is saved at booking and charged only after the clean is complete. End of tenancy bookings take a £50 deposit.
What is the 72-hour re-clean guarantee?
If anything was missed, tell us within 72 hours and we'll come back and fix it free of charge.
What is the Proof Report?
A timestamped before-and-after photo report emailed to you as a shareable link after every clean.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes, free of charge up to 48 hours before your clean.
Are your cleaners insured?
Yes, we're fully insured with Rhino Insurance and all cleaners are vetted and trained.
Do I need to be home?
No. Leave access notes such as a key safe code or concierge details at checkout.
