Regular cleaning
In 2026 most London agencies charge between £20 and £30 an hour for regular cleaning, usually with a minimum of three hours. Weekly cleans are typically cheaper per hour than monthly ones because the home stays in better condition.
At XGen we charge £22/hr weekly, £24/hr fortnightly and £27/hr monthly or one-off.
Deep cleaning
One-off deep cleans are usually priced by property size. Expect roughly £140 for a studio up to £400+ for a four-bedroom home.
End of tenancy cleaning
End of tenancy cleans are the most detailed and typically cost £160 to £500 depending on bedrooms and bathrooms. Check whether the oven and inside windows are included, as many companies charge extra.
What affects the price
Size, condition, frequency, whether the cleaner brings products, access and parking, and add-ons such as carpets or inside the fridge.
Beware of hidden extras
Always ask for a fixed price before booking. A low hourly rate with no minimum often becomes expensive when the job overruns.
